Our packaging is designed to protect your purchases, and we provide transparent shipping costs to keep you informed. Return & Exchange Policy

At our company, we strive to provide you with the best products possible. While we have a no return policy, we understand that damages can occur during. If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of the damage immediately upon opening and send them to us. We will review your case and make sure to assist you accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!

Strict No-Return and Damage Claims Policy

All Sales Are Final: Due to the artisanal, small-batch nature of our handmade items and the immediate access provided for digital patterns, The Crafting Cantrip does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Shipping Damages Exception: The only exception to our final-sale policy is if an item arrives broken, cracked, or severely damaged due to carrier transit.
Mandatory Immediate Proof: To qualify for a replacement or store credit for a damaged item, you must email our support team at [Your Support Email] within 24 hours of delivery.
Required Documentation: Your damage claim email must include:
1. Your official order number.
2. Clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged product.
3. Clear photographs of the external shipping box showing any dents, punctures, or handling tears.
Denial of Claims: Any damage claims submitted without photographic proof, or submitted outside of the strict 24-hour post-delivery window, will be automatically denied.

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of PDF crochet patterns are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Digital Files Only: Every item in this section is a digital pattern file (PDF or image chart).
No Physical Items: You are purchasing the written instructions to make the item yourself. You will not receive a physical product, finished craft, or supplies in the mail.
Mandatory Acknowledgment: To prevent accidental purchases, all customers must check the acknowledgment box before checkout confirming they understand they are buying a digital file.

Immediate Access & System Delivery

Once your payment is processed, the system automatically and instantly delivers the download link to your account or email. Because this instant delivery cannot be reversed, and digital data cannot be "returned" to us, we cannot grant exceptions to this policy—even if the pattern was purchased by mistake.
